1. Exchanges
- Products can typically be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all packaging and tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are generally provided for faulty or defective products, as required by New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For credit card purchases, the refund will be made to the same card.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind but may be considered at the store’s discretion.
3. Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt is required for all exchanges and refunds.
4. Exclusions
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as non-refundable
- Gift cards and personalized items are also non-refundable.
